Bangladesh is on the run, they beat the mighty South Africa at the Pran RFL Twenty20 Cricket Triangular Series match at Harare Sports Club.
Mohammad Ashraful the former Bangladeshi skipper top-scored with a run-a-ball 40 to take his side to 132 for seven and surpass the winning target of 130 set by South Africa with just one delivery to spare. This win will affect Zimbabwe as they to win or avoid loosing with a huge margin against South Africa.
Earlier in the day South Africa had won the toss and elected to bat but great spin by Bangladeshi bowlers and fielding by players resulted in low scores.
The mighty Proteas bowlers were on the constant attack to win the match but a sixth wicket partnership stand of 40 runs from Mahmudullah and Ziaur Rahman created a major hurdle resulting in the loss.
