Shah Rukh Khan Likely to Star in the Remake of Vikram Vedha


After the recent success of Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, there is another Tamil superhit which is on the way to be rearranged in Hindi. The film that is probably going to be remade is 2017’s excellent crime thriller Vikram Vedha. The news also reveals that it would cast one of the most heavyweight actors from the film industry, most likely the Badshah of bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan. It also reveals that Shah Rukh Khan has probably got the approval of remake where he would have been seen playing one of the leads.
However it is yet to be cleared that which character would he play, the story telling villain, played by Vijay Sethupathi or the no nonsense cop played by R Madhavan. According to the report Shah Rukh Khan would start his work on the firm as soon as he finishes his recent work with Anand L Rai’s film, where he will be seen as a dwarf. A buzz has been created within the society regarding the much awaited remake of the year, however makers of Vikram Vedha has refused to comment on the same, instead they tweeted and said, “We have not sold the remake rights of Vikram Vedha in any language. We have plans of producing it ourselves. Official announcement soon. Tx”
Recently the box office is not running in favour of Shah Rukh Khan. There is no big hit from the actor for a while. Vikram Vedha has been seen to business well across the box offices. A report reveals the film has collected Rs 50 Crore by August despite of the shock of 30% entertainment tax charged by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
